Independent Reseller
Solebox.pk is an independent reseller of international footwear. Our products are sourced through export surplus, OEM, liquidation, and other legitimate secondary-market channels from trusted international suppliers. We are not an authorized dealer, distributor, franchise, or representative of any brand featured on our website.
Product Quality
Every product undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards. Products sourced through surplus or secondary-market channels may not carry an official manufacturer’s warranty unless specifically stated.
Check Before Payment
Customers may inspect their parcel before making payment under our “Check First, Then Pay” policy. Any issue regarding the wrong item or visible damage must be reported immediately to the courier at the time of delivery.
Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
· Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
· Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
· For all replacement requests, courier charges for sending the product to Solebox.pk and for dispatching the replacement product will be borne by the customer.
· If a refund is approved, all applicable government taxes, payment processing charges (if applicable), and courier charges will be deducted from the refundable amount and are the responsibility of the customer.
· Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by Solebox.pk.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable.
